Q: I purchased Diamonds but still haven't received them. What should I do?
A: Wait for about 15 minutes, exit and reopen Clothes Forever. If you still don't have the Diamonds that you purchased, send a ticket to the helpdesk. This ticket must include a screenshot of the purchase receipt from either Apple or Google Play. These receipts are sent to your email automatically once the purchase is made.
